By using AdRed’s Covered Services, you agree to comply fully with this Anti-Spam Policy. Covered Services may only be used to contact individuals who have provided explicit, verifiable, and lawful consent to receive communications related to the specific purpose of the message.

AdRed has a zero-tolerance policy toward spam. Any violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.

What Constitutes Permission?

“Permission” means clear, informed, and documented consent from the recipient. Valid forms of permission include, but are not limited to:

• Submission of an email address or phone number during an ad booking, inquiry, registration, or purchase on the AdRed platform.
• Subscription through a clearly presented opt-in form for newsletters, updates, or promotional messages.
• Participation in surveys, campaigns, or events where users are informed that future communications may be sent.
• Selection of an unchecked opt-in checkbox with clear disclosure of the type of communication being sent.
• Voluntary sharing of contact details for business communication with expressed interest in receiving further information.

Important:
If a user unsubscribes, opts out, or withdraws consent, all prior permission is immediately revoked. No further communication is allowed under any circumstance.

Strict Guidelines for Using adred’s Covered Services

To remain compliant with this Anti-Spam Policy, users must:

• Obtain explicit and provable consent from recipients before sending any communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consent for all contacts.
• Never use purchased, scraped, rented, borrowed, or third-party contact lists.
• Use accurate sender details, including sender name, contact information, and subject lines.
• Avoid misleading, deceptive, or false subject lines or message content.
• Include a clear and easy unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism in every promotional message.
• Honor all opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly, and no later than 10 business days.
• Include valid business identification details in commercial communications, where applicable.
• Clearly identify promotional or advertising messages as such, in compliance with applicable laws.

AdRed’s Right to Request Proof

AdRed reserves the right to request documented proof of consent for any contact or campaign at any time.
Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of consent may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.
