Fast Scale Enterprises Private Limited .We operates the Adred mobile application and website adred.in Platform. This Refund Policy governs refunds and adjustments for advertisements and related services booked through AdRed.

By accessing or using AdRed and placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.

  1. Nature of Services

AdRed is an advertisement booking and facilitation platform that enables users to publish advertisements in partner newspapers and media outlets. Advertisements are processed with third-party publishers in accordance with their respective policies and timelines.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made for the same advertisement booking
  • Advertisement not published due to a technical or operational error attributable solely to AdRed
  • Advertisement rejected by the newspaper due to internal platform issues (excluding content-related violations)

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in ad content provided by the user (text, images, logos, dates, size, language, or format)
  • Advertisement rejected due to violation of newspaper guidelines, legal regulations, or content policies
  • Change of mind after booking confirmation
  • Delays or non-publication caused by partner newspapers, publishers, or external factors beyond AdRed’s control
  • Subscription plans, promotional offers, or discounted services, unless explicitly stated otherwise
  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must:

  1. Email hello@adred.in with the booking ID and transaction details
  2. Clearly state the reason for the refund request
  3. Submit the request within 7 days of the booking date

Our support team will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days.

  1. Refund Timeline & Mode
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval, depending on the bank or payment gateway
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or original payment method
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider for processing updates
  3. If the issue persists after 10 business days, contact us at hello@adred.in with your booking ID and transaction reference

We will assist in resolving the issue at the earliest.

  1. Subscription & Promotional Offers
  • Fees paid for subscriptions, promotional campaigns, or discounted offers are non-refundable
  • Unused portions of a subscription are not eligible for refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise
  1. Modifications to This Policy

Fast Scale Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
