  • You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and originality of advertisements submitted.
  • You confirm that you own or have legal rights to use all text, images, logos, and creatives provided.
  • AdRed shall not be responsible for claims related to misleading ads, copyright infringement, or legal violations arising from your content.
  1. Ad Publishing & Approval
  • All advertisements are subject to approval by newspapers, publishers, or regulatory authorities.
  • AdRed does not guarantee acceptance or publication of any advertisement.
  • Once an ad is submitted for publication, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
  • Publication timelines depend on third-party publishers and are not guaranteed by AdRed.
  1. Payments & Pricing
  • Prices, service fees, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated or required by law.
  • AdRed is not responsible for failed payments, gateway errors, or bank delays.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All software, designs, logos, trademarks, content, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Fast Scale Enterprises Private Limited.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.
  1. Data Protection & Privacy
  • Your personal and business information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By using AdRed, you consent to data processing necessary for ad publishing, payment processing, customer support, and legal compliance.

  • We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or actions of third-party services.

  1. Suspension & Termination

  • Payments fail or chargebacks occur.

  • AdRed acts solely as a facilitation platform for ad booking and publishing.
  • We do not guarantee ad reach, response, performance, or business outcomes.
  • Publication decisions rest entirely with publishers and newspapers.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AdRed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service or advertisement.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Scale Enterprises Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your advertisement content
  • Violation of laws
  • Breach of these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised date. Continued use of AdRed signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
